Professional Client Follow Up
Hi all,
I wanted to get your feedback, I'm planning to open a market research business exclusively for salons.
Our company would call clients as a third party to learn and obtain info that the client wiuld not tell the salon directly. For example, why they have not returned to the salon, do the have any suggestions to improve the salons services, can we offer anything to bring them back, or it may to call clients of recently departed employees, etc. etc. etc.
Does this sound like anything you would be interested in if the price was right?
