what should you use to dye your weaves ??

some people use 'box' color. but if the weave is very cheap, the dye may not take, also you may end up with extreme tangling and matting afterwards.

It really depends on the quality of the hair. Indian hair has to be bleached to become a lighter color. Bohyme and other good quality remy hair can be dyed from the box.

Cheap hair may tangle or not take the color.

No matter what type of hair it is . . . if you want to go lighter, then you must use bleach or some other type of "lifter" to take the color out first.

I would only dye the weave if it was virgin indian hair and since I'm a stylist, I would only use professional permanent, semi or demi color.
