					<description>Great article about losing weight except for 2 things I noticed that I would change if I were writing the article.

1) Tea doesn't have a very high caffeine content (much less than coffee) and shouldn't be eliminated if you're trying to lose weight. If you're worried about the caffeine, stick with green tea. It's proven to help you lose weight.

2) You say if you are hungry, don't eat. However I partially disagree. 5-6 small meals should be eaten everyday to maximize your metabolism and help you lose weight, so sometimes you might not necessarily be hungry. However, you must make sure they are SMALL meals.
